CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS


GENERAL:

  1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information and distance sales contract presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other legal rules regarding the sale and delivery of the product related to the purchase.
  3. We will cover the shipping cost of the product. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
  4. A purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer, provided that the legal period does not exceed 30 days. However, if the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents such as the certificate and user manual, if any.
  6. If the purchased product is impossible to sell, the seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days. The total price must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.


IF THE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.


PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

  1. After the product is delivered, if the credit card used by the Buyer is determined to be unjustly commercial by authorized persons and the price of the product offered for sale is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the SELLER.


IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:

  1. Unless a force majeure event occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar product, or the delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is resolved. If the Buyer cancels their payment, if the payment was made in cash, the payment will be paid in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer cancels by credit card, the product fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer the money to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.


BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

  1. The Buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before delivery; they will not accept damaged or worn goods/services from the courier company, including those that are crushed, broken, or have torn packaging. The goods/services received are deemed undamaged and intact. The Buyer is obligated to protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned along with the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. BUYER may have the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below, within 14 (four) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him or to the person/organization at the address he indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. If the Buyer is purchasing a service, this 14-day period begins upon the expiration of the contract signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service began with the approval of the smuggler before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
  2. Expenses arising from the use of the withdrawal compensation shall be borne by the SELLER.
  3. In order to use the withdrawal insurance, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product is extended if it has not been used during the period of "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used".


EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The invoice for the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice for the product to be returned is from a corporate company, you must send it along with the return invoice issued by the organization during the return. Regular order returns from the invoice companies will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
  2. The return method must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the non-returnable box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the BUYER as a debt within 10 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal and to take the goods back within 20 days.
  2. If the value of the goods decreases or cannot be increased as a result of a fault on the part of the BUYER, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER for damages to the extent of the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deterioration that occur as a result of improper use of the goods or product during the right of withdrawal period.
  3. If the campaign limit set by the SELLER is deducted instead of divided due to the use of the cancellation cost, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.


PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

  1. The Regulation is not possible if the packaging of underwear, mayonnaise and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, single-dry products, goods that are quickly perishable or likely to expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery to the BUYER, products that cannot be mixed with other products for delivery, products that cannot be provided with subscription maintenance, goods for publications such as newspapers and magazines provided with subscription maintenance, intangible goods that are instantly delivered to electronic services or information, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, etc. is operated by the BUYER without the BUYER's consent or if the packaging of such goods is operated by the BUYER. Furthermore, the use of the withdrawal policy for services whose performance begins with the separation of hygiene before the right of withdrawal period expires is not possible under the Regulation requirement.
  2. In order for cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.


EVENT OF DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. BUYER acknowledges, declares, and agrees that, in the event of payment by credit card, it will not pay interest under the card agreement with the bank holding the credit card in default and that it is responsible to the bank. In such a case, the relevant bank may take legal action; the resulting expenses and attorney fees may be claimed from the BUYER. In any case, in the event of interruptions in the default due to the BUYER's debts, the BUYER agrees not to pay the SELLER any loss or damage arising from the delay in payment of the debts.
